Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2020-21 school-year! The staff has been working hard this summer during a
time of such uncertainty to prepare for our student's return whether it be in person or virtually.
Please know that we pledge to maintain our high expectations while adapting to the changing
trends, unprecedented realities, and needs of our community, nation, and world.

The success of Pine Ridge Middle students, teachers, staff, and administrators depends on the
active involvement and support of our parents. We also need your help in making sure that
students are prepared for school (virtually or in person) every day and on time; have completed
homework assignments; and are reading at home each day. This support will help tremendously
as we maintain our GOLD expectations for all students.

We will work together to make Pine Ridge Middle School the best we can for every student, and
please remember my door is always open. It's going to be a great year no matter what 2020
has left in store for us. We are in this together!

David V. Basile, Ed.D.
